Land Appraisals
Nelson Kunes also strives to be the expert in land appraisals. Land appraisals are typically put on a land appraisal form report. These reports are more similar to the residential appraisal report. If you need your farmland, commercial land, subdivision, hunting land or residential lot appraised, we can help. The fees for land appraisals depend on the value, size and proximity to Tifton. Residential Appraisals
Our residential appraisals are form reports which are referred to as a 1004. This report is acceptable for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. Fees for these types of reports are $375 if the Market Conditions Addendum is included. If you are not doing a mortgage and the MC addendum isn’t needed, fees in Tifton and Tift County are $350. We will travel to surrounding counties but the fee increases $25. Counties that we cover are Tift, Turner, Worth, Berrien, Cook, Irwin and Ben Hill counties.
